PRODUCT OWNER / PRODUCT MANAGER

I build products
for hard problems.

I lead products where customer experience depends on getting the underlying system right – from fintech services and enterprise workflows to integrations and subscription products.

Good products survive contact with reality.

PRODUCT PRINCIPLES

Ask why. Test the bet. Ship to learn.

Process earns its place only when it improves the decision. I use discovery, validation, and short delivery loops to turn uncertainty into evidence – and evidence into a product people choose to use.

  1. 01 / ASK WHY

A confident roadmap can still solve the wrong problem. Start with the user, the outcome, and the reason this matters now.

  2. 02 / NAME THE BET

Every feature is a hypothesis. Make the assumption, expected signal, and cost of being wrong explicit before committing the team.

  3. 03 / TEST THE RISK

Validate what could break the idea first. Real behavior beats stakeholder volume, polished decks, and comfortable consensus.

  4. 04 / SHIP TO LEARN

Scrum is a feedback loop, not a ceremony. Release the smallest useful change, measure what happened, and use the evidence to decide what is next.

BRING THE MESSY VERSION

Got a hard product problem?

Send me the messy version. AI, APIs, fintech, SaaS, integrations, or a product that refuses to fit neatly into a slide – those are usually the interesting ones.
